Overview

This document provides detailed guidelines and technical specifications for integrating with Logimeter AI Insights. The integration process is designed to be efficient and straightforward, allowing partners to seamlessly incorporate Logimeter AI Insights into their systems.

Key Integration Areas

  • Feedback API — Flag inaccuracies in call transcriptions by reporting incorrect fields.
  • Transcription Fail Event API — Retrieve failed transcription events, with or without a date filter.
  • Transcription Events Payload API — Poll for completed TranscriptionEvent JSON by call_id (aggregator fleet tokens).
DataEvents provide immediate delivery of transcribed AI insights via API webhooks. Asynchronous updates sent after the initial CallEvent, once transcription is complete. Content varies by subscription package.

Subscription Packages

Logimeter offers these standard packages:

  • Inbound Sales Package — Insights from incoming sales calls. New and Pre-Owned Car Sales.
  • Outbound Sales Package — Insights from outbound sales calls.
  • Inbound Aftersales Package — Insights from aftersales enquiries (service appointments, repairs, parts).
  • Outbound Aftersales Package — Insights from outbound after-sales calls.
  • Unknown Package — Provided when the AI cannot identify the intent of a call.

Custom packages may be provided based on a dealership’s request.

AI Intent Identification

In the past, Call Intent was determined largely by IVR selection which worked, but sometimes misrepresented the true nature of the customer’s inquiry. With the new model, our AI will analyse the call transcription to identify the actual intent of the conversation, ensuring we surface the most accurate information possible to your Lead Management System.

This shift is important because it improves lead quality, reduces misrouting, and can even identify multiple opportunities within a single conversation.
