Getting Ready to Integrate

Before diving into the API specifics, ensure you have the following prerequisites in place:

Obtain your Logimeter API Token

If you don't have one already, request an API token by emailing support@logimeter.com. This token will be used to authenticate your system when interacting with Logimeter's API.

Staging Server Information

Our staging server is accessible at the following URL: https://next.logimeter.com/.

Please note the following important details regarding the staging server:

• Network Connectivity: The staging server is not connected to a telephone network. As a result, it is not possible to provision tracking numbers or initiate actual calls through this server.
• Exception: Ireland & UK: Fully functional Connect environment on staging (NEXT).
• Data Availability: The data available on the staging server is always a max of 7 days old and is replaced once a week or more frequently on request.
