General SPAM rules

  • To catch the nonsense that either prospect or lead source integrators get up to.
  • An example of this would be multiple incoming leads for the same make/model and prospect number that are either intentional spam or system error spam.
  • Checked over a time frame of 24 hrs
  • These SPAM rules are applied by default for all LMS users

More sophisticated rules

  • Consolidate leads over a 48-72hr period that come from the same prospect details
  • The initial lead goes to SE #1 and then all the subsequent cohort leads get appended to the initial lead
  • We will need to achieve the above by making sure that the email sent either goes to the Sales Executive or the initial Sales Executive #1 is highlighted in the email and the email contains all the extra info to distinguish from a normal out of hours lead.
