Call Events
Overview
Call Events are asynchronous webhook notifications POSTed by Logimeter when a Connect call completes or changes state. Your integration should listen for these events to keep your LMS / CRM in sync with the real outcome of each lead.
Important use cases
- Monitor call status in real time
- Update lead statuses in your LMS
- Track lead engagement for reporting
- Attribute calls to adverts, sales executives, or IVR menu options
- Link call records to media, people, or lead entities
- Reassign leads or progress sales workflow based on post-call qualification (PCQ)
What a Call Event contains
- Call summary (durations, timestamps, recording URLs)
- Connect state (
leadconnect.state) - Call distribution details
- Company / dealership and partner information
- Leg A and Leg B details
- Linked advert attribution, when applicable
Setting up callback URLs
Call Event webhooks are POSTed to the union of all configured callback URLs:
call_term_callbackson each Connect request (see Connect API)PartnerFeatures.call_term_callbacks— configured on your partner account in LogimeterCompanyFeatures.call_term_callbacks— configured per dealership in Logimeter
Logimeter POSTs the full Call Event JSON to every URL in that union when the call ends.

Run your webhook over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate.
Logimeter may POST duplicate Call Events — design your handler to be idempotent (e.g. key on uuid).
Receiving Call Events
Listening for Call Events saves you from polling the API for call outcomes. Logimeter POSTs the payload as soon as the call ends.
Respond with 200 OK to acknowledge receipt.
Connect statuses sent through Call Events
The Connect outcome is in leadconnect.state.name. Each status below includes a full sample payload
so you can see exactly what Logimeter sends for that scenario.
FAILED
An internal error occurred during the call attempt — for example a PSTN routing failure.
The leadconnect.state.name field in the posted payload will be FAILED.

}Retrieve failed call event deliveries
When Logimeter POSTs a Call Event to your call_term_callbacks URL, your server must respond with
HTTP 200. Any other status (4xx, 5xx, timeout, or connection error) is logged as a failed delivery.
Use this endpoint to list those failures and replay or investigate missed events.
Query parameters

Delivery success vs failure
- Successful delivery — your webhook responds with
200 OK. - Failed delivery — your webhook returns 4xx/5xx, times out, or is unreachable. The event appears in this endpoint.
Tip: To obtain sample Call Event payloads in a sandbox, set call_term_callbacks to an invalid URL when creating a Connect.
The events will fail delivery and appear in /v1/call_events_fail/ for inspection.
